Is there a free trial?

How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly and you get two months free — you pay for ten months and get twelve. It's the same plan, just billed once a year instead of monthly. Switch between monthly and annual anytime from your dashboard.
Which plan includes the AI auto-responder?
The AI auto-responder is on the Entrepreneur plan. Solo and Founder include the widget with a browsable knowledge base and live human chat, plus canned responses, email sequences, and surveys on Founder. Upgrade to Entrepreneur whenever you want the AI answering first.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You install the widget by pasting one script tag into your site or app header. After that, everything — your knowledge base, AI settings, canned responses, and billing — is managed in a simple dashboard.
Can the AI escalate to me?
Always. Every AI reply carries a confidence score. When the AI is unsure, the conversation is routed to your human inbox in real time instead of guessing — so your customers never get a wrong answer.
How does the AI know about my product?
You write help articles and add canned responses in your dashboard. The AI indexes them with semantic search (pgvector) and answers using your content — in your voice, grounded in your documentation.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on secured infrastructure in the United States. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, credentials are encrypted, all traffic uses HTTPS, and access is controlled by role. We never sell your data.
Does it work on any website?
Yes. The widget is a standalone script that runs on any site or web app — React, Rails, Shopify, a static landing page, anything with a <head> tag. There is no backend integration required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is fully self-service. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
